Ajax, ON. Richard was our repeat client that came back to us to seek our services. In life sometimes we go through an unfortunate situation that requires an immediate course of action that could mean a difference of thousand of dollars. Long story short Richard needed to disposed his property because of personal circumstances in his life that left him unable to catch up with his mortgage so he seeked for our guidance in order to recover as much money from his property. In this particular situation the lender was after his property and it would be a big loss for him to just give up and surrender his property back to the bank. So we devise an action plan to not only the bank to benefit for his property but to make him as much money as he possibly could throughout the process before he lost the property. At the end we were able recover and to put back more than $120K+ back to his pocket from the proceed of the property. He was too close in surrendering to the bank pressure tactic before he contacted us and that was something he said he was glad he seeked for our advice. I met Alex when I was doing a door to door one summer aftertoon in Bathurst area when he currently had his previous townhouse. I still remembered what our conversation that afternoon and we ended our conversation with him saying I really like your effort and hard work doing door to door.
