So we devise an action plan  to not only the bank to benefit for his property but to make him as much money as he possibly could throughout the process before he lost the property. At the end we were able recover and to put back more than $120K+ back to his pocket from the proceed of the property. He was too close in surrendering to the bank pressure tactic before he contacted us and that was something he said he was glad he seeked for our advice.  We did what we had to do to ethically protect our clients legal rights because everyone deserve respect and dignity even at their worse situation!
